I am an executive advisor and interim manager with more than 30 years of experience in the strategic and operational leadership of brand-driven and family-owned businesses in an international context, including Europe, the United States, Asia, and the Middle East).

Having served as CEO and executive, I understand first-hand what distinguishes successful companies. In my own work, this has consistently meant entrepreneurial responsibility, clear decision-making, and disciplined execution - from strategic concept to measurable results.

Today, I act as an implementation-oriented sparring partner for C-level executives with a clear focus on transformation, growth, process and cost optimization, and brand management. I work with family-owned businesses, SMEs, private equity firms, and start-ups to further develop business models, organizations, and brands - bringing clarity, focus, and sustainable impact.

My approach combines strategic clarity, entrepreneurial thinking, and operational excellence. I work closely with owners and management teams as an equal partner to identify potential, set priorities, and make success measurable.

I develop brands that not only perform well, but also shape their markets. 

My focus is on guiding companies through transformation, growth, and internationalization with clear strategy, entrepreneurial understanding, and consistent execution. The objective is not only to manage brands, but to make them economically successful and relevant over the long term.

My focus is on entrepreneurs with a clear commitment to product quality, design, innovation, and authenticity.

    As an equal partner, I support companies not only financially, but above all in their strategic development - from capitalization, marketing, and sales to expansion and internationalization.
