I am a passionate hands-on executive advisor with over three decades of experience in the strategic and operational management of brand and family businesses in an international context (Europe, USA, Asia, and the Middle East).

As a CEO and executive, I have experienced what distinguishes successful companies—and consistently implemented this in my own work: entrepreneurial courage, clear decisions, and rigorous implementation from concept to measurable results.

Today, I act as an implementation-oriented sparring partner for my clients at the C-level—with a clear focus on transformation, growth, process and cost optimization, and brand management.
